Welcome to Birla Dharamshala Ayodhya. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests above 18 years. PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.

2. Booking Rules

• Rooms are allotted subject to availability.
• Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking.
• Unmarried couples are not allowed. We reserve the right to deny admission if found violating this policy.

3. Guest Conduct

• This is a spiritual place. Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and smoking is strictly prohibited within the Dharamshala premises.
• Guests are requested to maintain silence and respect the spiritual ambiance.
• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.

4. Cancellation Rights

The management reserves the right to cancel any booking if the guest is found to be in violation of our policies or if the provided ID proof is suspicious.
